Songwriting: Community Celebration
A songwriting/oral history residency in which students interview elders from their community and write a biographical song.
Learning Standards: English Language Arts, The Arts, and Social Studies.

Songwriting: Computer Technology
Write songs addressing the curriculum of your choice, then Brian records them and your school has an album on CD. You can also have Brian work with your classes using and exploring software that records and edits music! A great enrichment possibility! A yearbook in song!!!.
Learning Standards: English Language Arts, The Arts, Social Studies, Mathematics, and Science & Technology.



Songwriting: Absolutely Adirondack
Write a collection of songs with your school based on the folklore and history of our beautiful Adirondacks! This residency can culminate into an assembly program in which your students are performers.
Learning Standards: English Language Arts, The Arts, Performance, and Social Studies.

Songwriting: Reading Rocks
Your students write the show! This residency is in conjunction with the in school performance. Focuses on NYS Learning Standards for ELA, Social Studies & Science. Can also incorporate Character Education topics.



General Songwriting: Cross Curriculum!
Write songs based on Social Studies, Science, Literature, ELA, You Name It!
Learning Standards: Can cover the entire spectrum of your curriculum needs.

The Classroom Community: Character Education!
Write songs based on traditions, rules, responsibilities, timeliness, democracy and how it works in the classroom community.
Learning Standards: English Language Arts, The Arts, and Social Studies.
